One lucky participant in Finlandia Foundation National (FFN) 2026 Sauna Week programming will win a round-trip ticket to Finland and admission to the World Sauna Forum in June 2026.

FFN — in partnership with Finnair, Sauna from Finland and the North American Sauna Society — is launching a national giveaway in celebration of National Sauna Week. The giveaway opens February 8, at 9 a.m. PST and runs through February 20, 2026, inviting sauna enthusiasts, culture lovers and curious newcomers to engage with National Sauna Week programming while entering for a chance to experience Finland’s globally celebrated sauna culture firsthand.

The grand prize includes:

• One round-trip economy class ticket to Finland from an eligible Finnair U.S. gateway city, courtesy of Finnair

• One ticket to the World Sauna Forum, June 9–11, 2026, provided by Sauna from Finland

 

Travel must take place in June 2026 and include attendance at the World Sauna Forum. The prize is non-transferable and does not include lodging, ground transportation, meals, visas, or additional travel expenses.

Sponsor

The sponsor of the National Sauna Week: Win a Trip to Finland for the World Sauna Forum (the “Sweepstakes”) is Finlandia Foundation National, in partnership with North American Sauna Society, Finnair, and Sauna from Finland (collectively, the “Sponsor”).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be eligible to depart from a Finnair U.S. gateway city. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its partners are not eligible to participate.

​

Entrants must possess a valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally. Non-EU citizens are subject to standard Schengen visa limitations (generally permitting stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period).

Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on February 8, 9am Pacific and ends on February 20, 11:59pm Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

Prize Description

One (1) Winner will receive:

• One (1) round-trip economy class airline ticket to Finland, donated by Finnair, departing from an eligible Finnair U.S. gateway city

• One (1) ticket to the World Sauna Forum, taking place June 9–11, 2026, provided by Sauna from Finland

 

Prize limitations and conditions:

• The prize is for one (1) person only

• Travel must take place in June 2026 and must include attendance at the World Sauna Forum (June 9–11, 2026)

• The airline ticket must be used no later than February 2027

• Any deviation from June travel dates (early arrival or later departure) must be requested in writing and approved in advance by Finlandia Foundation National

• Travel must originate from a Finnair U.S. gateway city

• Lodging, meals, ground transportation (in the U.S. or Finland), travel insurance, visas, and any additional expenses are not included

• This is not an all-expenses-paid trip

 

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

Winner Responsibilities

The Winner is solely responsible for:

• Travel to and from the U.S. departure gateway

• Travel within Finland

• Lodging and personal expenses

• Compliance with all passport, visa, and health requirements

 

Prior to ticket issuance, the Winner must sign a liability waiver and travel release acknowledging that the Sponsor and its partners bear no responsibility for travel-related risks.

Verification of Winner

Before the prize is awarded or travel is booked, the potential Winner may be required to verify their identity, age, residency, and travel eligibility. This may include providing a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and/or passport.

 

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe, or provision of false or incomplete information, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner.

 

Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

Winner Selection and Notification

The Winner will be selected via random draw and notified within seven (7) days of selection. Failure to respond, complete required documentation, or comply with these rules may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate Winner.

 

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Finlandia Foundation National, North American Sauna Society, Finnair, Sauna from Finland, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation, travel, prize use, or related activities, including illness, injury, loss, or damages of any kind.

General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond reasonable control that compromises integrity.

 

Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All disputes shall be resolved individually in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
